Defines behavior when navigating the ViewBox using the arrow keys.

Discussion

Items in the ViewBox can be navigated using the arrow keys. Loop navigate defines what happens when the user presses the down arrow on the last entry in the ViewBox. If checked, the user navigates to the first item when the press down on the last item in the ViewBox.
